The first person first-Illbilly-on-the-scene Peter met when he eventually found the proper location that morning
was a young gentleman named Joel Morgan, the pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church,
in front of which the Illbillys were to play. Bands performing for this event were each allotted a generator for
their power needs, but, for those who might be unfamiliar with the use of generators, they tend to be...noisy.
Fortunately, Pastor Morgan was kind enough to offer the use of a nearby electrical outlet! Thanks to his
generosity, the only noise the Illbillys had to contend with while playing was all those annoying feet
hitting the pavement as the race participants streamed by. The nerve of some people!
