In his time as an Illbilly, Joe hasn't been noted for his wild onstage antics. Actually, he's
usually noted for his non-anticry, which is why this picture of Joe, frisky as a little
kittycat, daring the elements to strike him down by poking his head out from under the protective canopy, is so
darned surprising. Had I been closer, I would've hit him on the nose with a rolled-up newspaper or something.
