See, there WERE people there! Very few of them took any active steps to enjoy the music, but all of them were pretty close to the Illbillys, so they could certainly hear their musical efforts. Because what was important here isn't that the attendees had a good time at this party, but that they paid proper fealty to the Illbillys. And there were a pair of ladies who, being familiar with the needs of musicians, clapped dutifully after each song in the first set: Danielle and Krista. Thanks, ladies!
