Jill has an ongoing problem at all Illbilly events. She wants to dance, and she just about always does so sooner or later, but the person one would hope is her first choice for dance parter is always busy doing something else...so she tends to wind up dancing with whatever cute guy is handy. Here, Bill the Cat keeps his deformed eye on things to make sure nothing gets out of hand.
