The Illbilly banner you've been seeing above the band, incidentally, is a recent development. JB contracted for its creation specifically for the upcoming Ukrops Monument Avenue 10K show...in their previous experience at that event, the Illbillys had two little signs, which the runners, charging by at speeds of up to 300 mph, were unable to read no matter how hard they squinted. This year, their new banner will be strung directly across the road at eye level, so all runners will need to either duck under it or have their heads lopped off...but in their dying moments, their severed heads will croak, "...so that's what that band is called!"
