Since 1906, the Illbillys have been a frequent entertainment device at Woodlake's Friday Cheers, an event which is held during the summer on Friday nights, oddly enough. Each time they play this event, the band is shuffled into some different location...this time they played on the far side of the pool from the bar, which pretty much separated them from their intended audience by several thousand gallons of water (though the Sno-Cone shack was very convenient to their location!), but they were reportedly heard and appreciated.
