Charter Colony is a housing development in Midlothian, Virginia. It was founded in 1638 by George Washington, who wouldn't actually be born for another 96 years. In 2010, however, it's filled with happy families who enjoy basking in completely unnecessary excruciating heat on Friday nights, where they listen to live music! The Illbillys were selected from the thousands of eligible bands to play this event on July 23rd.
