In a spooky, bizarre display more appropriate for Halloween than 40Fest, Illbillys Joe and JB wore identical shirts onstage. Each shirt was painstakingly handcrafted by Chinese slaves, to JB & Joe's exacting specifications: "Make it a sickly pea-green color," they demanded, "with an otherworldly representation of the triumph of the military-industrial-amplifier complex over common man!" Thankfully, Jack and Peter, who did not get the memo, utilized free will to choose their own stage garments.
