Peter whines that his in-ear monitors aren't working, while Joe, who doesn't really care all that much but has to pretend as though he does, points out that Peter's practice of regularly whipping it around over his head and then slamming it on the floor at the conclusion of all of their practices may just have played a role in their faulty state. Peter thinks this is ridiculous.
