Just after 1am, the band has now loaded, unloaded, set up, played through, disassembled & reloaded their equipment, in 150 degree heat with 600% humidity, and all within a period of five or six hours. Why Henry Clay ever conspired to found a strip mall in Ashland in 1638, I'll never understand. Why any of our forefathers even STAYED in central Virginia once they found out what the summers were like is also a mystery. Yet here we all are. Muchas thankas to Joe for securing the gig, taking the pix & enduring the hardships without even getting to PLAY!
