This gig came about thanks to the last-minute cancellation of whatever band was originally scheduled to play Andy's that night...owner Sylvia called a reported twelve other bands to see if anyone could leap to the plate and hit a homer with virtually no notice whatsoever, in the process being referred to Joe. The band Joe USED to play with might have been interested, but the band he's playing with NOW (the Illbillys) was interested. Please note that Sylvia, the charmingly Venezuelan owner, was responsible for this equally charming sign.
