Sylvia, who we think is the owner of Andy's, is just about the nicest person I've ever met at a bar. She was actually the Illbillys' biggest fan at the event, dancing about and at least SEEMING to truly enjoy the music. Plus, she paid them. Which is more than anybody ELSE in the place did!!
