The second band @ Framptonfest '07 was Caution Cat...which, we are to understand, wasn't really their name at the time. They were the band formerly known as Caution Cat, who were in the process of coming up with another name for their musical collective. Having struggled with the issue of coming up with a name early in their career, the Illbillys were sympathetic to their plight: A band needs a NAME, but a band's name is SO important, ya don't wanna go out there & play with just ANY ol' name. And what happens when a band's name exceeds its shelf life? A band is known under one name, but then state law forces them to come up with a new one...and egads, there's a FRAMPTONFEST to play at! What to do?
