The Illbillys' crack team of attorneys is still in the negotiation process for this event (maybe this time we'll get two T-shirts each!!), but things are looking promising. The Illbillys played this event in 2007, and it is, as its name suggests, a race, with several bands set up at various locations along the way. Proceeds from this event go towards something worthwhile, other than those who participate in the entertainment of the runners. Info on precisely where your favorite band will be playing will be forthcoming, but there isn't really much opportunity for Illbilly fans to hang out & watch their heroes, unless they were to sign up for the race and run really slowly past the location @ which they're playing.
