Usually, Joe's vast logistical onslaught causes thousands of tons of pleasingly black and grey sound equipment to be deposited at Illbilly shows, but as the result of some super-secret, members-only decision, what's known as the "Peter and Jeter System" was used to amplify the Illbillys at this event (so called because it's the sound system used at Peter and Jeter shows, see. Get it now?). Here, Joe does what any professional sound dude would do to familiarize himself with an untested sound system: He switches through all of the different vocal effects, while saying amusing things into a microphone.
